Bright Cr finishing is our standard process, but we are capable to run the following finish;
1. Satin Cr.
2. Satin Ni.
3. Brush Cr.
4. Brush Ni.
5. Black Cr.
6. Trivalence Cr.
7. Selective plating;
Our process has a triple Ni process (Semi-bright Ni, Bright Ni, and porous Ni.) which
much Improves the performance for corrosion resistance.
Our electroplating line is specially designed for a fully automatic process for all finishing that zeroes manually transfer the racks from one tank to another, in order to stabilize and keep the consistency of the process.
The plating line is designed in a straight line layout. The design helps to reduce scrap rate by reducing the chemical vapor cross-over between the pre-treatment and electroplating process. In order words, better yield rate than the traditional parallel layout.
