Second, the substrate pre-treatment is not good
If there is no problem with the plating solution, it may be necessary to check again whether there is a grey layer or liquid residue on the surface of the substrate, as well as other chemicals. Because the plating is not cleaned up well, the lighter the plating layer affects the flatness, corrosion resistance, and bonding, the heavier it leads to deposition, loose discontinuity, or even flaking of the plating, it is the product loses its actual use-value.
Third, the process control is not in place
The control of the process has a vital role in the quality of the electroplated coating. If there is no problem with the plating solution and pre-treatment, it is time to check whether there is a problem with the process control. The temperature in the tank, the density of the current, the pH of the bath, the plating time, and other process controls must all match the product.
Fourthly, the production schedule is too rushed
A product is often assembled by processing many parts. As we all know, in order to complete the processing of these parts often need to cross a number of workshops, not coincidentally electroplating is one of the last processes. As a result, we often see a scenario where the parts have not yet arrived at the plating workshop, but the brothers in the assembly workshop are already waiting for the parts to be assembled.
V. Irrational product design
Product designers and production personnel are two completely different groups of people. Product designers pay more attention to the shape, size, processing accuracy, and other conditions of the product parts in the design of the parts drawing, and do not consider much about the processing technology of the product, not to mention the plating process.
